Cops for Cancer in 2008

In 2007,BCAS Unit Chief Terry Mitchell was selected as the first paramedic to ride on the Cops for Cancer/ Tour de North team. Terry raised over $10,000 last year and he’s back to raise even more.

Three extra BCAS members were officially selected to participate alongside police, corrections, sheriff and border services members for the 2008 Cops for Cancer Teams. Fundraising efforts have started off well, and paramedics are participating in earnest with their teams on training tours..
